Constitution:
We, the serpentine inhabitants of Snake City, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice among scales, ensure domestic tranquility within our coiled confines, provide for the common defense against fang and folly, promote the general welfare of our serpent kin, and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our scaled progeny, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Snake City.
§1: The Right to Coil
All serpents within Snake City shall have the inherent right to coil and uncoil freely. This fundamental right shall not be infringed, and any attempt to restrict a snake's ability to coil shall be deemed a violation of this Constitution.
§2: The Venomous Right to Self-Defense
Every snake possesses the venomous right to defend itself against threats, ensuring the safety and security of its scales and kin. The right to self-defense shall be upheld and protected by the Serpentine Judiciary.
§3: Territorial Sovereignty

Trespassing or interference is a violation, subject to legal consequences. The Serpentine Judiciary safeguards this right, fostering a secure environment. Disputes will be adjudicated with fairness and respect for individual domains.
§8: Venomous Assault Prohibition
The use of venomous assaults against fellow snakes, except in cases of self-defense, is strictly prohibited. Any snake found guilty of venomous assault shall face legal consequences.
§9: Freedom of Slither
The freedom to slither through the alleys and streets of Snake City shall be unrestricted. Any attempt to impede a snake's natural slithering movement shall be considered a violation of this constitutional right.
§10: Every snake in Snake City enjoys the inviolable right to serpentine expression, encompassing all forms of communication. Any attempt to stifle or censor serpentine voices is a severe transgression, subject to legal consequences. The Serpentine Judiciary upholds this right, ensuring snakes can articulate thoughts and ideas without fear. Disputes will be adjudicated with unwavering commitment to liberty and individual autonomy.
§11: Amendments and Tail Amendments
This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority of serpent votes. Amendments shall be proposed in the form of "Tail Amendments" and must undergo rigorous scrutiny by the Serpentine Judiciary before ratification.
In the spirit of serpentine unity, this Constitution shall be the supreme law of Snake City, guiding the scales and ensuring a harmonious existence within its borders🐍📜⚖️
